DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note that the below are our standard dispatch options and times, but during busy times of the year such as Christmas and Valentines Day dispatch times may be slightly longer. Dispatch days are working days and do not include the day of purchase.
We offer several shipping options and the delivery time scale will depend on the option chosen. You can see details of the shipping options we offer by clicking on "VIEW POSTAGE OPTIONS" underneath the Product Description and again at checkout before completing the order when choosing your shipping option.
NON PERSONALISED ITEMS are posted within 1-3 working days not including the order day.
PERSONALISED ITEMS are posted within 3 working days not including the order day.
UK Standard Shipping, UK Standard Plus Shipping, International Standard, International Express and USA Standard Shipping - these services do not have a guaranteed delivery date and an estimated delivery transit is given before selecting the service at checkout. Please bear in mind that we do not have any control over these postal services and how long it takes the carrier to deliver items.
UK Priority Express Delivery - this service has a guaranteed delivery date shown on each item page under "View Delivery Options" (click to open). Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery and requires a signature.
We dispatch promptly within stated timescales however on occasion circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery of your item(s). In times of carrier industrial action (strikes) your item(s) may be delivered shortly after a guaranteed delivery date due to no service from the carrier on the days of a strike.
As we have no control over such situations, we regret we cannot refund any additional postage paid for a guaranteed shipping service (your item will still arrive quicker than non-guaranteed standard shipping) nor do we accept returns of personalised/custom made to order items due to a delivery delay.
The main carrier we use is Royal Mail - please be aware of any up and coming strike action and order in good time to cover these eventualities.
